⚪Anti-static fingers

   Based on standard materials, electrostatic dissipative silicone rubber claddings are added the anti-static finger products, which significantly improves material volume resistivity at the contact surface. Material volume resistivity at grabbing surface could reach 10*5Ω,which conforms to the requirements of National Military Standards for Electrostatic Protection of Military Electronic Products(GJB/Z86-1997 Antistatic Packaging Manual).This product is applicable to electrostatic-sensitive electronic components and it is able to prevent electrostatic accumulation and protect electronic components from static electricity.

⚪Abrasion resistance of fingers

   Containing wear resistant silicone rubber with special reinforcement components, the abrasion resistant fingers are suitable for high abrasion environments。 The surface stiffness of wear resistant silicone rubber is higher than normal silicone rubber。 In same testing conditions(standard wear testing based on Akron abrasion tester),its wear loss is only 1/5 of that of normal silicone rubber。
